These Terms of Service govern, together with the Privacy Policy, your use of the Longa mobile application ("App") and related services ("Services") developed and provided by Evolui AB ("Evolui", "we", "us"). Longa was formerly published as "Skip Meal Intermittent Fasting"; these Terms apply to the App under either name.
By using our App and Services, you accept and agree to these Terms of Service. Therefore, it is important that you carefully read through these Terms of Service. You confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please discontinue using our App and Services immediately.
Longa is a service available online at, among other places, skipmeal.app and in the Apple App Store. The purpose of Longa is to help our users learn and use fasting techniques, record their fasting periods, log their meals — including by analyzing photos of food — and track their water intake, weight, steps and fitness progress.
Longa does not require an account. The information you enter in the App — such as your fasting history, meals, weight and water intake — is stored locally on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can erase it at any time by resetting the App in Settings or by deleting the App from your device.
Please note that deleting the App does not stop an active subscription — you must actively cancel the subscription. Our auto-renewable in-app purchase subscriptions can only be cancelled through the App Store's subscription settings.
You are responsible for your own health. Evolui is not a medical organization and we will not provide you with any medical advice or diagnosis. The purpose of the Services is solely to help our users record their fasting periods, log their meals and track their water intake, weight, steps and fitness progress. Information made available through the Services and by our partners and affiliates shall solely be used for recreational and educational purposes.
Nutritional information produced by the App's meal analysis feature — including calorie and nutrient estimates generated with the help of artificial intelligence from photos of your food — consists of automated estimates only. Such estimates may be inaccurate or incomplete, are provided for informational purposes only, and do not constitute medical, nutritional or dietary advice. Do not rely on them for medical decisions, including decisions related to allergies, diabetes management or other health conditions.
Intermittent fasting is safe for many people, but it's not for everyone. You should not do intermittent fasting under the following conditions: if you are pregnant or breast-feeding, if you have an eating disorder, if you have a history of eating disorders, if you are underweight, if you take prescription medications or if you have health conditions. You should always consult your doctor before starting to do intermittent fasting.
Always consult with your doctor before using our Services or if you experience any pain or discomfort. Evolui cannot guarantee any health, weight or fitness results or improvements. Our Services are only intended for healthy adults; please do not use our Services if you suffer from, or might suffer from, any medical condition that may be impaired by intermittent fasting, diet changes or exercise.
Evolui is not responsible for any personal injury or any other damages that may have been the result, direct or indirect, of any use or misuse of the Services.
This section applies when you purchase a Longa subscription or other paid products. By paying the subscription fee, you gain access to the App's premium features during the time your subscription is valid. Some subscription options include a free trial. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's App Store subscription settings.
You may at any time terminate your membership, in which case your membership will still be valid for the subscription time you have already paid for.
Our auto-renewable in-app purchase subscriptions can only be cancelled using the App Store's cancellation services. All payments handled by Apple, such as in-app purchases, can only be refunded by Apple and with Apple's consent. To request a refund from Apple, visit https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084.
All rights in and to the Services, including any trademarks, service marks, logos, software and other intellectual property rights are and shall remain our exclusive property. Your right to use the App and Services is personal, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable and revocable. You agree not to use our intellectual property for any other purposes except for your use of the Service unless required otherwise by applicable mandatory law. Any copying, republication or redistribution of the App or any of the Services is strictly prohibited.
You use Longa at your own risk. The App and all of its content is provided on an "As Is" basis and Evolui does not provide any assurances of the usability of the App. Evolui does not warrant that the Service and availability thereof will be uninterrupted or error-free. Evolui does not assume any responsibility for errors or omissions in the information or software. References or links to third parties' websites are provided "As Is", without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
In no event shall Evolui be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Evolui's aggregated liability for any direct damages shall be limited to the lesser of: (i) membership fees paid by the user; (ii) membership fees paid by the user during the previous calendar year; or (iii) 5,000 SEK.
These Terms of Service and the use of the Services are governed by the laws of Sweden, except for its conflicts of laws principles. All claims arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the Services shall be resolved by the Swedish public courts, whereby the District Court of Malmö shall be the court of the first instance. Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.
The App is not directed at children. You must be at least 16 years old to use the App and Services. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16 years of age; if we discover that we have received personal data from a child under 16, we will delete it immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so that we can take the required steps to delete that information.
We reserve the right to, at any time, in our sole discretion amend and update these Terms of Service. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service from time to time to understand the extent of changes. Your continued use of the App and Services constitutes your agreement to the amended and updated Terms of Service.
